Training: Morning strength and conditioning, rest, afternoon/evening fight-specific training. Sunday - rest day

What does it mean for you to fight in the UFC? It means I can see how great I can become and can also represent my family and country.
What was your job before you started fighting? Youth worker at a Homeless Shelter.
