At UFC 241: Cormier vs Miocic 2, Miocic dominated the fourth round, utilizing sharp 1-2 combinations and body shots to keep Cormier at a distance. Miocic landed a heavy right hand, leaving “DC” stunned and vulnerable. Sensing victory, Miocic intensified his assault, prompting the referee to halt the fight in the fourth round at 4:09.

UFC 203: Miocic vs Overeem | Miocic Defeats Overeem By Round 1 TKO

In a riveting comeback victory, Miocic defended his UFC heavyweight championship after surviving a dangerously deep guillotine choke by Alistair Overeem to finish the fight by TKO at 4:27 of the first round. Miocic and Overeem traded big punches in the opening minutes, and the crowd seemed to be hanging on every blow. Both men were rocked at one point, but it was a takedown by Miocic that won him the fight. He gained top position and began to rain down huge punches that eventually ended the bout.

UFC 211: Miocic vs Dos Santos 2 | Miocic defeats Dos Santos By Round 1 TKO

 Miocic defended his heavyweight championship for the second time with a first-round TKO win over Junior Dos Santos in less than three minutes to cap off an epic UFC 211 card.

Miocic won by first-round knockout with brutal punches over England’s Phil De Fries. The Brit landed a looping overhand right at the start of the fight that briefly got Miocic’s attention, but from there, it was all Miocic. He retaliated with a straight right hand to knock De Fries back, then knocked him down with another punch, finally pounced on top of him, and landed more punches until the referee stepped in to stop the fight.
