When and why did you start training for fighting? I've always been fighting but started training first with jiu-jitsu 11 years ago. I did a bit of striking here and there and then recently started putting it all together and training actual MMA when I moved to Vegas a few months ago.

What ranks and titles have you held? Combat Jiu-Jitsu world champion, silver at ADCC trials

What would it mean for you to fight in the UFC? It's the platform to fight the best guys in the world and showcase my skills. I'm not here to just make it into the UFC but to stay and fight my way to the top and make a name for myself.

What was your job before you started fighting? Jiu-Jitsu instructor

Specific accomplishments in amateur competition: Won the Fury welterweight amateur title, 2-0 with two knockouts

Ranks in any martial arts styles: Black belt in jiu-jitsu
