UFC Fight Night (4/18/26) Saricam makes his UFC debut against Tanner Boser
When and why did you start training for fighting? I started training because I’ve always had a passion for fighting and competition. I began boxing from a young age.
What does it mean for you to fight for the UFC? This is the highest level in MMA. It means everything to me—years of hard work and sacrifice.
Who is your favorite fighter and why? I respect fighters who always move forward and look for the finish, like Gegard Mousasi and Cain Velasquez.
Do you have any heroes outside of fighting? My family. They are my biggest motivation.
What fight do you consider to be the key fight in your career and why? My fight against Daniel James was a key moment in my career. It took place in his hometown, and I dominated the fight—I felt complete in my performance.
Is there a cause that you want to use your platform for? I want to inspire people to stay disciplined and work hard, and to achieve their dreams—just like I am working to achieve mine and make my family proud.
Beyond a championship or money, what motivates you? Legacy. I want to be remembered as a fighter who always comes to finish and never gives up.
