When and why did you start training for fighting? I started training for fighting at the age of 14 after watching my first UFC.

Training: I start with morning cardio, then throughout the day I have two sessions dedicated to a specific art, and team training to put it all together.

What professional titles have you held? I was the Denver Colorado PFC Lightweight Champion.

Any accomplishments in amateur combat sports? Two-time amateur National Muay Thai champion, amateur Denver Colorado featherweight champion

Any belts/ ranks in grappling disciplines? Brown belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

Any belts/ ranks in striking disciplines? Black belt in Taekwondo

What has been your toughest fight to date and why? I have had many extremely tough fights in my career for various reasons. The toughest opponent I have faced was Islam Makhachev, who is the current champion and #1 P4P.

Who is your favorite fighter and why? I was a huge fan of Mirko Cro Cop. I followed his career from K-1 to PRIDE to UFC. Left-handed, ferocious striker with a left high kick that would send you to the hospital.

Did you go to college and if so what degree did you earn? Went to a community college in pursuit of a business degree.

What was your job before you started fighting? Before fighting I worked as a Baker

Personal Life: When I'm not in the gym, I spend most of my time with my wife and daughter. As a family we love traveling and eating. When I'm not traveling or training, I spend most of my time on videos games, books, or tv shows. My genres of choice are either fantasy or sci-fi.
