Kyle Noke's TUF diary - week 1

AS you saw, the first episode of The Ultimate Fighter was pretty much us fighting the 'eliminators' to get into the house. Everyone had got through the interview and selection stages, had satisfied the producers we were okay in front of the camera and that we were good fighters, but now we had to actually prove that in the Octagon by winning a fight before we actually, properly on the show.
