Mitch GagnonTRAINING: On a typical day of training for me, I split two one and a half hour sessions
per day six days a week religiously. My coaches make sure I work every individual aspect of MMA and then do specific MMA drills on top of sparring, etc... When and why did you start training for fighting? 2006. I always competed in combat sports and when I heard there was a school in my town that taught MMA, I joined and never stopped going. What ranks and titles have you held? I am ranked 4th in Canada in the bantamweight division and 5th in the featherweight division. I hold the Ringside Featherweight title. Do you have any heroes? No What does it mean for you to fight in the UFC? It’s something I have been dreaming about since my first fight and I’ve never stopped moving towards this goal. It means a lot to me.
