When and why did you start training for fighting? I was 20 years old. After Georges St-Pierre fought Matt Hughes for the belt the second time and he beat him, I just thought to myself, if he can do it, why can’t I?

What ranks and titles have you held? IFS 155-champ, Battle in the Ballroom 155-champ, and Pandemonium Fights 155-champ

Do you have any heroes? None

What does it mean for you to fight in the UFC? This is the place you go to become the best mixed martial artist. Everybody that fights puts the UFC on that pedestal and everybody wants to be here, so it means everything.

Did you go to college and if so what degree did you earn? I went to Long Beach City College, I played college soccer and I got a firefighting degree

What was your job before you started fighting? I worked at Trader Joe’s
