null nullTraining: A typical day of training consists of two to three training sessions consisting of strength and conditioning, striking training wrestling, jiu jitsu and sparring. When and why did you start training for fighting? I was pushed by my father from a young age to compete in many sports but I ended up concentrating on karate and kickboxing. I have a 16-4 kickboxing record including a win in K1 Max over Koutetsu Boku. Some of my training partners started training MMA so I starting messing around with it and got more serious about groundwork.
