R3 Decision - Unanimous

Biografía

TRAINING: I typically start my day at Brick House Strength and Conditioning very early in the morning. From there I go to Oakdale MMA for morning kickboxing and jiu-jitsu. Once that is complete, I have to go to school. From school, I either go on a run or do bag work. Lastly, I return to Oakdale MMA for nighttime kickboxing and/or sparring and jiu-jitsu.

When and why did you start training for fighting? I started training jiu-jitsu in 2010. In 2011, I started implementing striking as well. By 2013, I had my first fight. I started training because my dad would always say I was too girly and I just wanted to prove him wrong. Fighting was never a thought I had when I first started jiu-jitsu, but my love for the sport really grew.
What ranks and titles have you held? Art of War amateur flyweight title.

Do you have any heroes? My heroes would be my parents and my husband. They are the most hard working and nicest people I know.

What does it mean for you to fight in the UFC? To fight in the UFC would be so surreal. It would mean all my hard work and sacrifices paid off. It would mean my dream came true. It would mean the world to me.

Did you go to college and if so what degree did you earn? I am currently in college to become an elementary school teacher.

What was your job before you started fighting? I was and still am a PE Coach for homeschooled and special needs children. Ranks in any martial arts styles: Purple belt in Behring Jiu-Jitsu

Favorite grappling technique: I love them all!

Favorite Striking technique: Jab
