Training: My average training is Monday to Friday 4x a day, consisting of conditioning, Thai boxing, wrestling and jiu-jitsu, with weekends off to recover and relax.

When and why did you start training for fighting? I started training kickboxing when I was 5years old. I just had a lot of energy as a kid, and then I had my 1st semi pro fight at 13 and fell in love with fighting. I turned pro at 18 and never looked back. I have a job I love and am truly blessed.

What ranks and titles have you held? I have been British super heavyweight kickboxing champion, European kickboxing champion, British super heavyweight Thai Boxing champion, European and World Muay Thai champion, FX3 world heavyweight MMA champion, CFC world heavyweight champion, official K-1 fighter.

Do you have any heroes? My heroes are my parents; they worked hard all their life.

What does it mean for you to fight in the UFC? It means everything to me to fight in UFC. It’s

been a dream my whole life, and I sacrificed my whole life to get here.

Did you go to college and if so what degree did you earn? N/A

What was your job before you started fighting? I worked security at bars and clubs, and then had my own company to enable me to train more - I did close protection bodyguarding.

If any, list specific accomplishments in pro competition? I had over 130 Thai boxing fights and beat American champion Michael McDonald in K-1.

Favorite grappling technique: I don’t have a favorite technique, but I’m in love with wrestling

Favorite Striking technique: Any strike that knocks out my opponent is my favorite.
